This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanarraville, UT for a Walls Design Manager  role involves leading the architectural and structural design of wall systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective designs. Daily responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing design specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing innovative solutions for construction challenges. The Walls Design Manager will also work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

• Proficiency in Reading and Understanding Architectural and Structural Drawings.
• Technical skills in Computer programs such as Project Management software, Bluebeam Revue.
• Ability to manage and oversee project timelines, schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative approach to construction design challenges
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and effective communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in a design role within the construction or fabrication industry
