Gold Stream Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site construction operations and help deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget. This role works closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and field teams to coordinate daily activities and ensure project success.

• Assist with planning, layout, and coordination of all phases of construction.
• Coordinate daily on-site activities with subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Support schedule management, including sequencing work, tracking progress, and reporting updates.
• Participate in inspections, quality control, and daily site walks to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Help manage site safety and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Assist with equipment coordination, inventory, and maintenance.
• Document jobsite activities through daily logs, photos, and reports.
• Conduct morning coordination meetings and maintain attendance records.
• Support homeowner walks, orientations, and punch list completion as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment.
• Knowledge of construction plans, schedules, and quality standards preferred.
