Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 per year

We focus on high‑end luxury residential real estate and are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our team in the Park City area. This role is critical in ensuring accurate budgeting, efficient planning, and seamless coordination from concept through construction start.

• Oversee all aspects of pre‑construction estimations, budgets, feasibility studies, and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align designs with cost and timing constraints.
• Develop accurate takeoffs, cost models, and bid packages tailored to mountain‑resort construction.
• Drive value‑engineering and constructability reviews for energy‑efficient, high‑end home builds.
• Coordinate permitting, scheduling, and early procurement strategies.
• Coach and mentor a small pre‑construction team while ensuring seamless information flow to project delivery.

Background in high‑end residential or resort‑style construction.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Builder Trend, Procore, RSMeans).

Comfortable working closely with cross‑functional teams in a unique building environment.
