Construction Project Manager​/Estimator

The PM is responsible for the daily management, coordination and oversight of construction projects including successful project planning, execution, and closure. The PM plans and directs all construction activities and administrative processes in order to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget. The PM successfully achieves objectives related to estimating, bidding, contract administration, and schedule generation and facilitation.

• Manages all pre‑construction activities for successful project roll‑out
• Assumes primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects
• Develops and maintains successful client relationships
• Executes and manages all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule
  
  Develops and manages successful relationships with architect and engineer
• Verifies that quality of finished work meets company policy and procedures
• Teams with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite
• May oversee Project Engineer(s) and other members of project team
• Estimator duties - on the job training

• Willingness to serve in an on‑site capacity as needed

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
