• Choreograph 2 children’s musicals (ages 6-9)
• Develop and implement a dance curriculum that fits the level of your students
• Provide behavior management strategies to support students
• Collaborate with education administration
• Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment
• Teach Jazz, Musical Theater Dance and Ballet
• Encourage students to express themselves
• Provide constructive feedback and evaluate students growth
• Create choreography for recitals and shows

• Bachelor’s degree in Dance or related field (or equal experience)
• Experience working with children
• Ability to follow a rehearsal calendar
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
• Experience with Musical Theater
• Choreography Experience
• Performance Experience
• Ability to write lesson plans, formations and follow a directors vision

Part-time

$15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Pre K-4th Grade

Classes will range from 4:00-6:30pm
3-12 hours a week
