School Coach

If you love structure, youth mentorship, and being part of a team that makes school work for students who need extra support, this might be your role.

School Coaches create a safe, predictable school environment where students can learn, grow, and stay regulated throughout the day. You’ll support teachers, supervise student movement, and be a steady, positive presence students can count on.

• Actively supervise hallways, classrooms, library, and shared spaces
• Reinforce expectations using the Teaching-Family Model
• Support teachers with real-time behavioral interventions
• Escort students to therapy, gym, and classes with consistency
• Keep transitions smooth and structured
• Build healthy, trusting relationships with students
• Document incidents clearly and professionally
• Monitor student locations and survey completion in Blue Step
• Attend trainings and collaborate with school + campus teams

• Stay calm in challenging moments
• Enjoy working with teens who need consistency and connection
• Are confident with boundaries and expectations
• Bring positivity, presence, and problem-solving to your work
• Want to be part of a mission-driven team that believes in growth and dignity

• School day hours (A/B: 7:45–3:45, C days: 8:45–3:45, Non-school Days: Varies/working in homes)
• Occasional home shifts depending on need and school calendar
