To expand access in underserved rural areas, therapists hired in rural clinics earn $90,000–$105,000 annually, including $77,000–$85,000 salary and $10,000–$25,000 for student loan repayment in the first year.
Role Responsibilities- Manage a balanced caseload (average of 11‑12 patients per day). Double‑booking only if it does not compromise care.
- Enjoy autonomy in treatment and apply innovative approaches and continuing education to deliver best outcomes.
- Collaborate with a high‑level team of experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals.
