Many of our clinics offer onsite diagnostic imaging performed by physical therapists to enable faster and more precise treatment decisions.

We operate more than 73 outpatient clinics across three states and maintain an average Net Promoter Score above 90, a level widely regarded as exceptional patient care in the physical therapy profession.

• Treating 11-12 visits per 8‑hour day.
• 1-on-1 evaluations between 40-60 minutes.
• 1-on-1 standard appointments between 30-40 minutes.
• Prompt EMR with AI‑driven, HIPAA‑compliant platform designed to streamline documentation, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks by up to 40%.

• Current Utah PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
• Interest in outpatient pelvic health therapy — Continuing education can be provided.
• New grads are welcomed to apply!
