Job Description
Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) in Enoch, UT. As a caregiver you will provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families, including help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and offering friendly company.
Compensation & BenefitsEarn up to $15.00 per hour with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits, depending on location. Work on a flexible schedule, choosing from hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours each) via the mobile app.
Who We’re Looking ForWe welcome those with life experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, and anyone seeking meaningful, flexible work.
Requirements- Age 21 or older.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
- Valid mobile phone and access to a smartphone.
- Access to a vehicle [] or newer.
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring.
- Available to work 2 or more hours per week.
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
