Companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Responsibilities include help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly, friendly company.

• Offer companionship and assistance with daily living activities.
• Help with household chores and errands.
• Provide transportation when needed.
• Deliver friendly company to clients.
• Use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities (typically 2‑4 hours each) and create a flexible schedule that fits your life.
• Accept and attend scheduled visits using your own vehicle.

Earn up to $15.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits, although it may not be available everywhere. Work your own flexible schedule.

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle [] or newer.
