- Evaluate patients and participate in therapy screenings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to achieve therapy goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah
- Strong clinical, assessment, and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
