Field Tester
Location: Mendon, UT
Employment type: Full-time

Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Key Responsibilities- Validate client autonomous software through real‑world vehicle testing, simulation testing, and data analysis.
- Field Tester I responsibilities plus additional involvement in simulation testing and basic data collection and analysis.
- Operate and test construction/heavy equipment during a two‑week on‑site ramp‑up period.
- 5+ years of experience in software/hardware testing, validation, or quality assurance.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar) for test automation and data analysis.
- Experience troubleshooting complex system behaviors in real‑world and simulation environments.
- Strong ability to identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Perform simulation testing to assess software scalability.
- Utilize Mobius (client's internal platform) for test execution and data collection.
- Execute test plans involving onboard and offboard system integration.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to optimize testing workflows.
- 25‑50% travel, primarily focused on lab and simulation testing.
