Role OverviewThe Business Analyst will support the
* 523rd & 526th Electronics Maintenance Support Squadrons at Hill AFB, UT. The analyst will provide Overhead Production and Management Support, managing up to 90 multi‑government projects.
- Project Tracking for up to 90 projects, maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and senior management.
- Deliver regular Project Status Updates via the MS Teams channel and maintain a visual dashboard on the government‑provided EMXG MS Teams channel, updating at least once a week.
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that visually represents the overall timeline, progress, work breakdown structure (WBS), milestones, and document reviews.
- Create and maintain a dedicated Risk Register detailing identified risks, categories, probability, impact, and owners; communicate timing to government‑designated engineers.
- Attend required meetings, document minutes, action items, and post to the MS Teams channel; provide presentation materials within a two‑business‑day notice.
- Develop and maintain Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) and Courses of Action (COAs) documents, updating monthly to reflect schedule impacts.
- Track and validate Project Management Plans (PMPs), ensuring they contain project goals, success metrics, stakeholders, roles, scope, resource planning, communication plans, and IMS.
- Prepare draft project management documents, charts, and progress reports weekly, supporting RACI and GERT analyses.
- Update real‑time Gantt Charts reflecting critical path/chain milestones; monitor timelines and scope, reporting potential scope creep.
- Conduct Post‑Project Reviews within 30 days of completion, posting lessons learned to MS Teams.
- Rewrite and standardize PAC task codes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, creating a uniform structure that includes unique identifier, task description, regulatory reference, and acceptance criteria.
- Business Analysis and Project Management experience in a federal or defense environment.
- Strong communication, time management, organization, and flexibility; ability to multi‑task and multi‑disciplinary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, project dashboards, Gantt charts, and risk registers.
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, Critical Path and Critical Chain methodologies, and post‑project reviews.
- Knowledge of PAC task code compliance and regulatory standards.
Annual salary range: $49,940.80 – $49,961.60.
