Processing Apprentice Operator, 3rd shift, $22/hr

General Summary

Operate processing machines within the Processing Team and serve as a flex operator across various positions. Coverage may include utility driver responsibilities. Work the 3rd (night) shift (scheduled as Night Owl Shift).

• Safely set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mix, laminator, oven, and scaler.
• Rotate positions, provide breaks, and shift as schedule requires; may cover utility driver.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in team training and cover schedules as needed.
• Work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
• Comply with food safety procedures and plant GMPs.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Production line manufacturing, food service, or food handling experience.

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.00 per hour.

Individual base pay may vary by work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
