Job Summary

GENERAL

SUMMARY:

Perform backup machine operation and cupping duties for production line assignments.

Primary Responsibilities

Replace operators for vacations or absences as assigned for cookie processing, packaging, robotics teams, and other positions as needed (scheduling follows Relief bid holders).

When not covering bid positions, will be scheduled as a production worker and must meet cupping standards.

Set up, operate, and adjust all machines safely and efficiently.

Heavy lifting is required.

Maintain clean work areas and complete proper paperwork and data entry.

When product or schedule changes do not require this position, may be scheduled in other areas.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Comply with food safety procedures and follow GMPs.

Work Schedule

Day shift.

Minimum Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in manufacturing required.
Preferred but not required: production line manufacturing or food service/handling experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting rate for this full-time hourly position is $22.00. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, depending on location, experience, skills, and education.
