Technical Services Maintenance Planner – Lewiston, UT
Reynolds Consumer Products is hiring a Technical Services Maintenance Planner located at our manufacturing facility in Lewiston, UT.
Pay: $25.91 per hour.
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities- Schedule, coordinate, and direct the daily activities of technical services (TPM Team) resources.
- Coordinate facility routine & non‑routine work requirements.
- Perform work in a safe manner that protects and promotes the health and wellbeing of the individual and the environment.
- Schedule non‑TPM work activities for technical resources and coordinate exceptions to the planned schedule.
- Coordinate contracted services facility maintenance workload.
- Facilitate 5S plant activities to comply with BRC and GMP practices and programs to ensure a safe food packaging environment.
- Facilitate and implement continuous improvement efforts related to technical services resources and activities.
- Maintain EAM tools (Maintenance Connection) – including improving procedures, equipment documentation, parts planning, etc.
- Monitor the work order process:
- In‑process work order activities
- Maintain work order backlog
- Adjust work orders as required
- Completion/closing of work orders
- Plan/coordinate PM schedule and labor assignment.
- Participate in TPM planning meetings.
- Support management inquiries and reports.
- Participate with asset maintenance and tracking.
- Back‑up parts room and peers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Data management and entry.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintenance coordination using EAM software, such as Maintenance Connection.
- Experience with work planning & coordination to support production needs.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Maintenance Connection / SAP experience.
- Facility maintenance knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective and supportive participation in a team environment.
- Self‑motivation and personal initiative.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations & safety programs.
- Basic mechanical competency.
