Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase productivity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and apply the latest manufacturing technologies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with the design and production processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams and leadership.
- Participate in the integration of automation and digital manufacturing tools for enhanced performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10years experience in establishing lean systems in composite manufacturing.
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing, automation, or robotics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and leadership.
- Passion for improving processes and staying ahead of manufacturing trends.
