You are comfortable functioning as both a triage and primary care RN. Patients can include everyone from neo-nates to geriatrics. The right candidate is excited to perform a broad range of general nursing duties, has excellent critical thinking skills, and is comfortable working with a high level of autonomy. Low nurse to patient ratios, no low census call offs, and a generous signing bonus make this a great opportunity for a nurse who wants to practice care that emphasizes patients over company profits.
