Gecko Hospitality - a-1 [Kitchen Supervisor / Cook] As a Sous Chef at Gecko Hospitality, you'll:
Oversee kitchen operations and assist the head chef in menu planning;
Manage inventory and ensure quality control of ingredients;
Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards;
Collaborate with the head chef to develop new recipes and improve existing dishes;
