Overview
As a food and beverage associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with general cleaning and sanitation tasks.
As a service associate, you will support the service team by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Schedule:
Open availability required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; schedule will vary based on service needs.
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, including equipment, floors, and drains.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Assist servers by delivering food and water to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper waste disposal.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean dishes and tools are available at all times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking and organizing supplies as needed.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Open availability with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to ski is a plus but not required.
Working Brighton requires commitment and planning to arrive on time and navigate canyon traffic and mountain weather conditions. Employees must be prepared for delays, road restrictions, and seasonal challenges associated with high‑altitude resort operations.
Physical & Environmental Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate commercial kitchen equipment.
- Comfortable working in cold, snowy, and high‑altitude conditions.
