- Help supervise, train, and support kitchen staff
- Assist with meal preparation and food service
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Help provide an exceptional dining experience for residents
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work weekends and assist with cooking duties
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
