Position Summary Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences in a luxurious setting? Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a premier private residential community in Utah, is seeking a dedicated server to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

Key Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Adhere to the F&B sequence of service to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Prepare tables with meticulous attention to sanitation and presentation.

Present menus and offer knowledgeable guidance to members and guests, suggesting appropriate pairings and highlighting unique dishes.

Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation, ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere.

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.

Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained throughout the meal.

Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and discreetly.

Qualifications Six months of restaurant service experience in luxury or fine-dining a plus Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional member service and exceed member expectations.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table setting, wine service, and menu knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
