Food & Beverage Love coffee, fast-paced mornings, and chatting with guests on their way to the lift?

Brian Head Lodge is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated part-time Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in the beautiful mountain town of Brian Head, Utah, our lodge welcomes guests year-round, with a particularly busy winter ski season.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in preparing quality coffee and specialty beverages.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, hot chocolate, and other specialty beverages.

Follow established drink recipes and quality standards.

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process payments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.

Restock supplies, including coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other products.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

Support other Food & Beverage operations as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Has or can obtain a current food handlers' permit.

Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning and stocking tasks.

Availability to work weekends and holidays preferred.

Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
