As a Produce Clerk at Lee’s Marketplace, you play a vital role in creating an inviting and fresh shopping experience for our guests. You will be responsible for the stocking, rotation, and merchandising of fruits and vegetables while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Your friendly, helpful attitude helps ensure that each guest receives exceptional service and guidance in the produce department.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock, rotate, and maintain fresh produce displays, ensuring quality, freshness, and appearance.
- Monitor product levels and replenish as needed throughout the day.
- Inspect produce for signs of spoilage, damage, or quality concerns, removing unsellable items promptly.
- Set up and break down produce displays and promotional signage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary department, including coolers, prep areas, and display cases.
