Base Pay: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

• Serve a variety of clients managing access at office buildings, patrolling residential communities, or protecting construction sites.
• Conduct foot patrols and/or drive patrol vehicles to monitor assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of property and people.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Write detailed incident reports and familiarise with our reporting systems.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Utah security guard license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean record.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in English.
• High grooming and professional appearance standards.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team with high reliability and integrity.

• Competitive Pay:
  Licensed Unarmed Guard: $17-19/hr, Licensed Armed Guard: $18-21/hr.
• Training Provided:
  In-house Armed Guard/Unarmed Guard courses.
