Horizontal Directional Drill Foreman – BHI, CO

Join BHI to lead high‑stakes utility projects as a seasoned HDD Foreman. The role requires heavy travel across the nation; candidates must be based out of the Wasatch Front.

Compensation: $41.00 – $60.00 per hour, earned and paid weekly, plus project‑specific per diem for travel. The standard schedule is Monday‑Friday, averaging 50‑60 hours per week during peak operations.

Lead drilling operations, ensure safety and precision, manage crew, coordinate with project teams, maintain equipment, and travel to project sites.

• Minimum of 7 years experience as an HDD Foreman.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prepared to travel extensively for extended periods.
• Physical labor outdoors in all weather: standing, walking, climbing, lifting.
• Self‑driven, organized, safety‑conscious, thorough, and strong work ethic.
