As a Plumber Apprentice you will work alongside experienced plumbers to learn the trade while assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance on job sites. You’ll be expected to arrive on time, prepared with the necessary tools and safety equipment, and contribute to maintaining a clean work environment.

• All projects must be constructed with VO quality workmanship.
• All projects must be completed to the customer’s approval and acceptance within budget and time allowed.
• Arrive at the jobsite on time, ready to work with tools and safety equipment. Arrange carpooling if possible. Crews may work beyond 3:30 PM if progress is behind schedule.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and work safely every day to prevent injuries.
• Complete a daily timecard with accurate job numbers, cost codes, and hours, and submit it every Monday for review.
• Maintain a daily jobsite cleanup, keep inventory organized in trailers, secure tools and materials, and report repair issues.
• Assist co‑workers with on‑the‑job training and learn safe practices. Be a positive influence.
• Attend a local plumbing program. Passing grades and hours worked must be met for step raises every six months.
