Title: Field Technician
Location: Roosevelt, Utah
Department: Operations
- Report for work at scheduled time (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
- On call 24/7 unless you have scheduled and approved days off.
- Arrange time off with approval and coordinate another technician to fill in while you are off.
- Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company and the state.
- Represent the company in a professional manner by maintaining a consistent presence at work and on customer property.
- Deliver good customer service; our customer is our #1 priority.
- Inspect equipment for operating deficiencies and perform routine adjustments as necessary; secure tools, parts, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain mechanical and electrical inclination to perform routine maintenance and repairs on pressure washers, mudvacs, and screen cleaners.
- Maintain daily effective communication with the Dispatcher regarding daily service.
- Report all call outs to the Dispatcher as soon as an call out is received and respond to calls the same day.
- Complete daily maintenance and call-out log sheets, daily inventory part manifest, part PO requests, and field tickets.
- Keep all company credit card receipts and submit them weekly.
- Turn in all required paperwork to the Dispatcher daily.
- Understand and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear the personal protective equipment required by the company and customers.
- Participate in company safety and training programs.
- Report all accidents and near misses involving self, company vehicles, equipment, or other job personnel to the dispatcher/manager immediately.
- Maintain good writing skills.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management personnel.
- Be self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage time effectively.
