- Clean Harbors Aragonite, UT Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Maintenance Repair Technician is responsible for conducting maintenance on a variety of equipment. This position offers guaranteed 40 hours a week as well as the opportunity for overtime. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with an excellent commitment to health & safety to join our team.

Responsibilities

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times

Industrial maintenance experience; conveyors, compressors hydraulic system, kiln, boilers, electrical, welding

Disassemble/Reassemble facility equipment to examine or repair

Fabricate metal pieces and replace gaskets as needed

Determine cause of malfunctioning systems and perform repair or replacement of defective component(s)
Monitor equipment to ensure all repairs and testing are completed to insure proper operation

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Compressor, conveyors and other industrial processing equipment

Industrial maintenance experience required

Ability to work overtime as needed

Ability to use a cutting rig- welding

Proficient with computers and systems

Knowledge of the industry's latest technology or having experience working with electronics

Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste

Climb up and down vertical ladders

Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical

Good hand/eye coordination

Valid Driver's License required

Punctuality and attendance required

Background check, drug screen and physical- required
