Room Attendants/Housekeeping Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. They must appreciate high standards of excellence and create an experience for our hotel guests by offering a larger‑than‑home feel with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms as assigned and must be able to communicate well with guests.

• Prior cleaning experience required
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in a hotel or related field
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Strong command of the English language for speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced position with guest interaction
• Must be able to multi‑task
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
