Full-Time (internal role)

What this Role Is

We’re hiring a Recruiting Technology Analyst to support the day-to-day systems, workflows, and operational processes that power a high-volume recruiting organization. This role sits on our Operations team and blends recruiting-technology support with hands‑on operational execution. You’ll improve how work moves through our tools (ATS/CRM, reporting, automation, AI workflows), reduce manual effort, and help recruiters and operations teams run faster and cleaner.

What

this Role Does

In this role, you will make recruiting operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable by facilitating and improving processes, automating repeatable work, strengthening data quality, and enabling teams with clear documentation and training.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the business by troubleshooting issues and answering workflow/process questions across our recruiting tech stack (ATS, reporting, communication tools, etc.)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to workflows, templates, data standards, and user practices
  • Build and maintain automations to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce errors
  • Work with APIs/integrations at a practical level (basic troubleshooting, validating data flow, partnering with vendors as needed)
  • Maintain internal and external technical ticketing, troubleshooting and escalations.
  • Perform data entry and record updates, drafting documentation and correspondence, and resolve candidate onboarding errors to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.
  • Create and maintain simple, useful documentation (SOPs, how-to guides, quick reference pages, short videos) and deliver training when processes change
  • Help build and manage AI-enabled workflows (prompting standards, workflow design, QA) and support basic AI Agent use-cases
  • Perform operational tasks as needed to support the team (process follow-ups, ad-hoc automations and reporting, coordination, and keeping work moving)
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • Recruiting or staffing experience (or strong familiarity with recruiting operations workflows)
  • Comfort working in systems all day: you enjoy improving processes, not just "following" them
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; you can track issues through resolution
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language and work cross-functionally (Recruiting, HR, Accounting/Payroll, IT)
  • Working knowledge of:
Automation tools API basics (auth concepts, endpoints/payloads at a high level, integration troubleshooting) AI workflow fundamentals (prompting, structured inputs/outputs, quality checks); experience in building/managing AI Agents is a plus
  • Strong documentation habits (you write things down so others can repeat the process)

Shortly after applying you will receive an interaction from our AI Screener. Successful completion of the screener is required in order to be considered for an interview.
