We’re looking for an experienced Fixture Builder with a strong background in the Aerospace industry who can execute builds, calculate dimensions, and lead a team.

• Execute builds as represented in the build prints and per customer requirements.
• Calculate unspecified dimensions and lay out designs using various materials.
• Establish and coordinate reference points and tooling holes using straightedges and measuring tools.
• Lead a team that fits and assembles tooling components for Aerospace customers.
• Perform repairs and rework on tools as needed.
• Draw and prepare sketches for the fabrication department as required.
• Operate machines, including lathes, Bridge ports, and grinders as necessary.
• Additional job duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Fixture Builder in the Aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of geometric tolerances.
• Experience with Catia V5 and Enovia (plus).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Good math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up skills.
• Understanding of deadlines and their impact on overall business.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards desired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship or valid Permanent Resident status required.
