$16.00/hr – $18.00/hr

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare a variety of different appetizers and entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested.
• Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front‑of‑house staff to ensure excellent service.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Certification that meets local requirements.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.

Job Type: Non‑exempt, part‑time.

Schedule:

Nights and weekends required.
