  Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate with team members, and adapt to business needs across areas.

  Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and meat processing steps (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to standards; maintain product quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience; use handheld technology to inform decisions regarding production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintain a clean, organized work area; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy in executing processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
