Title:

Ultrasound Technologist – Breast Sonographer

Location:

Utica, NY
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8-hour Day Shift, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality breast ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Operate ultrasound equipment efficiently to capture diagnostic images for interpretation.
Work independently to conduct exams, analyze findings, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure proper patient positioning, comfort, and safety throughout the imaging process.
Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality control standards.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required.

Certifications:

ARDMS certification in Breast (BR) required.
BLS certification required.
Other Requirements:
Must have prior travel experience.
Must be able to work independently and prepare reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in outpatient or surgical office settings. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
