Required Documents

• 2+ years of ICU experience (ICU/SICU/CTICU/Trauma/MS/Neuro ICU)
• Valid driver’s license (address must match demographics)
• Active NY RN license + NURSYS license verification (including all active RN licenses)
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Required Skills / Experience
Minimum 2+ years ICU experience
CRRT experience (Prismaflex preferred)

Experience with Prismaflex or Nx Stage
Cardiac/Heart ICU experience (highly preferred)
Ability to float as needed
EPIC EMR experience
