As an RN Supervisor, you will:
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements
- Create a compassionate environment by supporting residents and their families
- Provide information and answer questions for residents and staff
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
- Ensure confidentiality in processing resident information
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote teamwork and cooperation among healthcare teams
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
