Contract details and guaranteed hours per week will be specified by the facility.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Completion of Licensed Practical Nurse course of study.
Current New York LPN license.
BLS/CPR certification preferred.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 45 pounds or more.
Capable of standing, walking, and performing bending motions as needed.
Provide compassionate care and treatment to residents.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents' needs are met.
Evaluate and observe changes in resident conditions and communicate with RNs and Physicians.
Delegate assignments and oversee support staff for appropriate care delivery.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.
Input orders into the system and maintain accurate documentation.
