Job Opportunity – Cardiothoracic ICU Registered Nurse – Upstate New York

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Upstate New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts in a 6-bed Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit

• Specialized CTICU environment with fresh post-operative open-heart surgery patients
• Common diagnoses include cardiovascular surgery, cardiogenic shock, and abdominal aortic aneurysm
• Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility
• Travel assignment with competitive compensation for candidates located 75+ miles from facility
• Local candidates considered at an adjusted rate for those within 75-mile radius
• Immediate start date available for qualified professionals

• Active RN license in New York State or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience required
• Direct experience with fresh open-heart surgery patients is required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
