DECAST Welder Fitter

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play an integral role in assembling infrastructure products from engineered designs. This role requires a mechanical background and a commitment to maintaining safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup welding equipment like MIG and torches

• Fabricate and fit new forms for metal products

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

• Maintain tools and follow LOTO safety procedures

• Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• 4 years of welding experience required

• CWB Ticket required

• Strong ability to read mechanical drawings

• Skilled in using hand tools and equipment

• Overhead crane operation experience
