SalaryStarting from £56,000 (depending on skills & experience)
What you’ll be doing- Overseeing project delivery across a portfolio of Submarine In-Service Support projects
- Leading a high performing team to ensure project delivery in-line with time, cost and quality
- Securing new work scopes and contracts through bid management
- Managing MoD/Industry customers and BAE stakeholders through excellent stakeholder management
- Ensuring project funding is secured and managed
- Acting as the CAM (Control Account Manager) for several projects
- Delivering business and customer reporting obligations
- Ensuring Lifecycle Management (LCM) obligations are met across the portfolio
- Collaborating with other projects across the In-Service Support stream and wider Submarine support streams
- Project Management and Controls experience, including applying lifecycle management governance, EVM and project planning methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management (internal & external) with ability to influence decisions
- Recognised Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience
