Voor een tijdelijke opdracht zoeken wij een zelfstandige Assistent Controller / Financieel Medewerker voor een vastgoed- en projectorganisatie in regio Utrecht. Startdatum: 1 juni 2026. Inzet: 2 tot 3 dagen per week voor een periode van circa 5 maanden.
Wat ga je doen?- Onderhouden van onderhanden werk- en projectadministraties
- Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen
- Ondersteunen bij jaarafsluiting 2025
- Opstellen van rapportages t.b.v. accountantscontrole
- Ervaring in een financiële functie binnen projectorganisatie, bouw of vastgoed
- Kennis van AFAS is een sterke pré
- Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en snel inzetbaar
- Heeft weinig aansturing nodig
- Maximaal inkooptarief: €65,- per uur
