Als Medewerker Front Office bij HU GEZOND&WEL Centrum ben jij tijdelijk het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, docenten en studenten. Je ontvangt en informeert patiënten die zich telefonisch, digitaal of fysiek aanmelden. Daarnaast ondersteun je docenten en studenten bij het maken van afspraken met patiënten, het beheren van roosters, het plaatsen van bestellingen en het uitlenen van materialen.
Werkomgeving: HU GEZOND&WEL Centrum is gevestigd op het Utrecht Science Park en biedt een professionele en levendige werkomgeving. Je zult werken in een team dat zich inzet om docenten en studenten te ondersteunen en bezoekers gastvrij te ontvangen.
