Beleevd Hospitality verwelkomt gasten op een dynamische locatie in Utrecht. Als receptionist(e) verwelkom je bezoekers en collega’s, beheer je administratie rondom aanmelding en help je leveranciers.
Je werkt 40 uur per week tussen 8.00 en 17.00, met 16–40 uur mogelijk per week. Je voert taken uit zoals beheer van vergaderzalen, telefoon- en postafhandeling, voorraadbeheer en het openen van de slagboom voor dierentransport.
