Gemeente Utrecht zoekt een stagiair Allround Projectmedewerker Cultuur die meewerkt in het projectsubsidieteam en bijdraagt aan de Impulssubsidie Cultuur en Projectsubsidie Cultuur.
Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en verwerken van documenten, zoals subsidiebeschikkingen en opdrachtbrieven, en helpt bij het maken van planningen en overzichten. Daarnaast houd je dossiers compleet, overzichtelijk en actueel, en organiseer je bijeenkomsten met collega’s, adviescommissies en aanvragers.
