Een bedrijvengroep in de bouwsector zoekt een planvoorbereider bouw in Utrecht. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van projecten van opname tot oplevering, waarbij je technisch en cijfermatig onderlegd moet zijn. Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers en signaleert problemen. Kennis van BIM en LEAN is een pre. We zoeken kandidaten met een hbo-bouwkunde achtergrond en ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
