Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Zelfstandig Uitvoerder Bouw die zelfstandig de realisatie kan aansturen van een woningbouwproject. In deze functie ga je aan de slag bij een vernieuwende ontwikkelende aannemer in Utrecht. Jij neemt als Uitvoerder de verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering, waarbij je stuurt op de planning, de kwaliteit van het werk en de budgetten. Onder jouw leiding zijn de taken duidelijk verdeeld en gaat iedereen voor het beste resultaat.
Daardoor worden de woningen geheel naar wens opgeleverd.
