Hurks in Noord-Brabant zoekt een Project Engineer Bouw voor Cartesius Utrecht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische, financiële en organisatorische voorbereiding van het project en bewaakt ontwerpen, planningen, kostenramingen en QA-processen.
Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagement, uitvoering, leveranciers en onderaannemers, signaleert risico's, optimaliseert processen en draagt bij aan een betaalbare, kwalitatieve realisatie van een van Utrecht's grootste gebiedsontwikkelingen.
