Een organisatie in de juridische sector in Utrecht is op zoek naar een communicatieadviseur. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de klantcommunicatie en klantcontactervaringen. Je voert klantreis-analyses uit, spreekt klanten aan en toets schriftelijke uitingen. Tevens adviseer je collega's over verbeteringen in communicatie. Je hebt minimaal een MBO-opleiding afgerond en ervaring in klantcontact, bij voorkeur binnen een overheidsorganisatie.

Een HBO-opleiding Communicatie is een pré.
