Een groot technologiebedrijf in Leiden zoekt een Customer Service Desk Representative. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van klantvriendelijke en efficiënte ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers. Je handelt serviceverzoeken snel en adequaat af, waarbij professionaliteit en klantbeleving centraal staan. Een volledig MBO-niveau en kennis van IT zijn vereist. Deze functie biedt een dynamische werkomgeving met de mogelijkheid om samen te werken binnen een collegiaal team.
